3). Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon is the world’s greatest known fissure. The canyon is a steep-sided valley in northern Arizona formed by erosion by the Colorado River. The canyon is vivid red, brown, and orange in hue due to significant mineral deposits.
Former President Theodore Roosevelt established the Grand Canyon National Park, which includes this canyon. The park stretches for about 277 kilometres and ranges in width from 4 to 18 miles. In the national park, the canyons are the major attraction. Theodore Roosevelt used to visit the park for hunting and recreation.
The canyons were carved out by the Colorado River some six million years ago, according to science, with the deepest canyon depth exceeding one mile. According to legend, the river began cutting layers of rocks from the west and gradually moved east. Native Americans lived within the caverns and populated the region. For many pilgrims, the Grand Canyon was seen as a sacred site. Garcia Lopez de Cardenas, who arrived from Spain in 1540, was the first European to explore this portion of the world. Major John Wesley Powell sailed down the Green and Colorado rivers into the Grand Canyon for the first time in 1869.

2). Northern Lights
The Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis, are nighttime natural lights that flare, flicker, and swing in the sky in the upper northern hemisphere. 1). Victoria Falls

In November of 1855, David Livingstone became the first European to observe the falls. Other foreigners, though, had visited the falls before him, according to documents. Before the first drop, Livingstone surveyed the falls from the island. In honour of the queen, he named the waterfall Victoria Falls, and the island Livingstone Island.
